Bath Film Festival is a registered charity overseen by a benevolent group of trustees Chaired by Barbara Carroll. They make sure that all the other elements of the team are working together.

The industrious Programming Committee watch over 600 films a year to find the best shorts and features to screen at the festival.

The festival is managed by the Executive Director Holly Tarquini with Philip Raby (Festival Director) , Chris Baker (Founder of the festival and Events Manager), Alastair Goolden (Technical Manager), Elspeth Hinde (Festival Ambassador), and our interns & Volunteers.

As festival time nears, our ranks swell to around 80 with volunteers doing everything from photographing events and updating our new website, to marketing, stewarding and managing events. If you would like to volunteer for the festival, check out our volunteers page.

This page features a few of the key members of the BFF Team.
