IMDb New Filmmaker Award 2017

The IMDb New Filmmaker Award is designed to discover and promote emerging talent. It is open to anyone who has a short film which is between 1 and 10 minutes and has had no previous distribution.

The prize is £1000 cash (to go towards making your next film) as well as the coveted IMDb New Filmmaker Award itself. On top of that you will receive an extremely rare IMDb enamel badge and a page for your film on IMDb, plus £1,000 worth of hire kit from 180º On Set Solutions or Visual Impact (for UK based filmmakers only).

 

 

 

 

Fees

Earlybird: £10

Normal: £15/£10

Late: £35/£25

As we are a charity, we do not offer fee waivers to any filmmakers - no exceptions.
 

Deadlines

Earlybird: May 14 2017

Normal: Aug 15 2017

Late: Sept 1st 2017

The IMDb New Filmmaker Award Grand Final will be held during

Bath Film Festival 2017 2nd - 12th November
